Means and standard deviations of the use of digital technologies. The first grouped bar chart shows, first of all, the average frequency with which university students use the different digital technologies. According to the frequency of use indicated by the students of the sample, the graph also shows the standard deviation for each of the digital technologies. Since these are measures of central tendency and dispersion, they help distinguish the role of technologies nowadays in the self-regulation of learning. They show the current state of the technologies that are or are not used by university students to self-regulate learning
